If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know immediately via the Contact Us form. If your order has not shipped, we would be happy to help with a cancellation.
> I want to make changes to a submitted custom Ideable order
Please contact us immediately with any changes. Please keep in mind that there is a very short window in which any changes can be made. Once your custom Ideable order has shipped, we will not be able to cancel, refund, or accomodate a return.
> How do I check the status of my order?

> Do you offer gift wrap?
Yes we do! You will be able to choose gift wrap options when viewing your shopping bag.

You will be able to add a gift note when you view your shopping bag.

•Standard Shipping: 5-8 bus. days
•Priority Shipping: 4-6 bus. days
•Express Shipping: 2-3 bus. days
NOTE: We are unable to guarantee delivery dates or transit times on any order. The delivery dates/transit times that we receive from the USPS/UPS, and provide to you, are estimates only.

Please contact us in the event of a delayed or missing package. Please note that delayed transit times are normal and expected during certain times of the year, inclement weather, and/or post office closures.

If your item arrives damaged due to handling while in transit, please contact us and we will reply promptly with help!

We use USPS and UPS. If a shipping carrier does not deliver to your address, please note that in the shipping area during the checkout process.

> Do I need to fill out all 40 tokens?
