Simple sensory activities that focus on using our 5 main senses. 

  1. Sample foods that are sweet, sour, etc. 
  2. Play with playdough, shaving cream, pudding, etc. 
  3. Feel vibrations on your throat as you talk 
  4. Feel bark on tree trunks 
  5. What senses help you walk around the room with eyes closed? 
  6. Make a texture collage 
  7. Dry sensory bin w/ beans, rice, small toys, etc. 
  8. Listen to & repeat stomping & clapping patterns 
  9. Make trail mix using different textures 
  10. Go outside & close your eyes. What do you hear?
