Take a minute to be kind to yourself! 

  1. Start a gratitude journal - write, doodle, etc. 
  2. Meditate 
  3. Stretch 
  4. Listen to a positive, encouraging podcast. 
  5. Read a short story 
  6. Go on a walk outside 
  7. Call or text a friend or loved one 
  8. Have a cup of tea 
  9. Soak your feet in warm water w/ added moisturizers 
  10. Light a scented candle
